As a part of the continuous efforts in the digital transformation, Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) has launched its electronic services portal in collaboration with Echo Technology - Jordan under the domain https://eservices.aseza.jo using the latest technologies.
The portal offers services related to investment, licensing and planning. This portal serves Jordanians, non-Jordanians, investors, and companies. Where the portal is integrated with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM to enable the service processing according to the service flow.
The portal is integrated with multiple government entities to provide the highest efficiency and to verify data entered by applicants:
- Integration with the Civil Status Department to verify the national ID number and the individual who is accessing the portal.
- Integration with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Companies Control Department to verify the data of registered companies.
- Integration with the Department of Land and Survey to provide site plans.
Through the eServices Portal, both citizens and companies can have their requests submitted, pay online and review its status without the need to visit the authority
